Fakto wins Gold at the DAF Night, with customer Paragon

At the Théâtre de la Madeleine, Fakto won Gold in the Performance & Innovation category at the DAF Night - and we won it alongside our client, Paragon.

The award is given by Republik and the DFCG, the French association of finance directors. It recognizes the thing we have been building since day one: a cost intelligence platform that reads every supplier contract, watches every invoice, and continuously surfaces the 2 to 5% of supplier spend that large companies lose to contracts that are mis-billed or left underused.

What made this one matter is that we did not win it for a demo. Deployed at Paragon, the platform produced measurable recovery in the first weeks - which is the only proof that counts in this category. Our thanks to Hubert Hays-Narbonne, Laetitia Balac-Ruscher and the whole Paragon team, who share this award with us.

There is a point underneath the trophy, and it is the one we keep coming back to. Financial performance is no longer won only at the negotiating table. It is won in the daily execution of contracts - in whether the price that was agreed is the price that gets paid, on every line, every month. That is a different discipline from negotiation, and most large organizations have never had a tool for it. That is the gap we built Fakto to close.
